"Return was easy"
The return process was simple overall (which I really appreciated). My refund took a few days to show up, but it wasn’t a big deal.

"Worked fine with my sensitive skin"
I was a little nervous ordering from espressoh.shop because my skin can be so dramatic with new makeup. You know when you try something new and just wait for the redness to show up? Thankfully, that didn’t happen at all. No itching, no irritation, nothing weird. The texture felt really light, and it didn’t seem to clog my pores even after wearing it all day. And waking up with no breakouts the next morning? That’s basically the dream, right? Easy 5 stars from me, and I’d definitely order again.

"Decent coffee, but I’m not sure I’d call it a deal"
It was okay overall. The prices seemed fine at first, not super cheap or anything, but reasonable enough. The coffee I ordered was decent too, though I guess I was expecting a little more for the price. Maybe I built it up in my head a bit. Once the shipping cost was added, it just felt less worth it, like the value kind of slipped away. Not bad by any means, just not something I’d call a great deal...

"I’ve been a fan of Espressoh for..."
I’ve been a fan of Espressoh for a while, so I really wanted this order from Espressoh to be a smooth one. It did show up eventually, and nothing was damaged, but it arrived later than I expected and the tracking barely updated the whole time. Not a dealbreaker, but a little frustrating when you’re trying to stay loyal to a brand you actually like.

"Shade was actually spot on"
I ordered my usual shade and, like I said, it actually matched way better than I thought it would. It looked pretty much the same as the photos and didn’t have that weird orange tone some products do. Like I said, I’m happy with it.

"Honestly happy with the quality"
I ordered from Espressoh and, not gonna lie, I wasn’t totally sure what to expect at first. Maybe I was overthinking it, but I kept wondering if it’d feel a bit cheap when it arrived. Thankfully, the quality was actually better than I expected. Everything feels solid and well made, and I’ve been using it for a little while now with no problems. Shipping was fine too, but the quality is what made me want to write this

"Box arrived looking like a little disaster package"
The box showed up crushed, like it had been through the “premium shipping gauntlet.” Packaging was weak, and the cup ended up dented. Not exactly a five-star unboxing moment.

I didn’t have to use much product at all, and the color still came out super strong. It also stayed looking good for a while, which is always what you hope for, isn’t it?
